• "PlayNow" refers to BCLC's online gaming platform.

3. SERVICES

We provide various Services, including but not limited to:

• In-person gaming at Great Canadian Casino Nanaimo
• Online gaming through PlayNow

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To access our Services, you must create an account with us. You warrant that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to verify your identity and update our records as necessary.

5. RESPONSIBLE GAMING FEATURES

Our Services include responsible gaming features such as:

• Deposit limits
• Time-outs
• Self-exclusion

You agree to use these tools responsibly and in accordance with our policies.

6. GAME FAIRNESS AND RANDOM NUMBER GENERATORS (RNGs)

We ensure that all games are conducted fairly using certified RNGs and game math models vetted by independent testing agencies like eCOGRA, iTech Labs, or GLI.

We reserve the right to restrict entry or participation from certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to minors, self-excluded individuals, and those geographically outside British Columbia (and other authorized provinces).

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with, and construed under, the laws of British Columbia, Canada without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes or claims arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a single arbitrator.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of our Services and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, or discussions. Any waiver or failure to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights in the future.
